Some of my ideas..plz read

I tihnk on 317 serv u should make a cc where some staff should be on for questions and stuff like this. You should also add clan wars on 317.Everybody loves it.
Try to add G.E., a friend told me runelocus is might giving a special prize for first server that make g.e. work.
On 317 u could make more mods and less admins. Char, u could also make an co-owner that takes ur place in game....so u can relax and code more. Make an servers special wepon(make an item that u can find just on our server,special item) and a staff item (example: dragonstone ring, 5000 str bonus)
NEW: U could make a jail for rulebreakers where they should have a hard way to make cash and should make cash(u decide amount) in a short time and if they dont..they get ban) thats istead of direct ban or ipban...
SO these are some of my ideas....post if u like some of them .

Well the last idea , i think its pretty good,
I've been Co-Owner on Darkvengeance and we had a jail too,
But there were many bugs with the jail ,
And you could just escape from it,
So make it that they Can't escape and that if they want to come out they'll have to ask an admin to unjail them,
Anyways i like all of your idea's,

how about for the jail on top of flly general store and try to make it say when you click on the ladder
'you are jailed you can't leave for ----- minutes' and if they noclip out all they could do is walk aound in the air for a bit?

because g.e ruined runescape it's guna run ftws
